Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of collections.html (the “Site”), including demos, previews, full-page views, and any code snippets we publish. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. The service

collections.html is a library of UI animation demos with live previews and copy-ready HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. We may add, change, or remove demos, features, or content at any time without notice.

3. License to use demos and code

Unless a specific demo states otherwise, you may use the HTML, CSS, and JavaScript shown for each collection item in personal and commercial projects, including modifying and distributing your derived work as part of your own product.

You may not:

• Resell or redistribute the demos as a competing collection or template pack
• Claim the original demos as solely your own without modification
• Remove notices that are required by third-party libraries used in a demo

Third-party assets (fonts, images, CDNs, libraries such as GSAP) remain subject to their own licenses. You are responsible for complying with those terms when you use them outside the Site.

4. Intellectual property

The Site design, branding, logos, and original content (excluding third-party libraries and assets) are owned by collections.html or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Site itself—only a limited license to use published demo code as described above.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Abuse, disrupt, or overload the Site or its infrastructure
• Attempt to access non-public systems or scrape in a way that harms the service
• Use the Site or demos for unlawful, harmful, or infringing purposes
• Misrepresent your affiliation with collections.html

6. No warranty

The Site and all demos are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that demos will work in every browser, device, or project setup.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, collections.html and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or demo code.

8. External links and third parties

Demos may load resources from third-party CDNs or image hosts. We are not responsible for third-party sites, services, or content. Your use of those services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
